PRESENTATION
Flats opposite the REGINA hotel of BIARRITZ vis-a-vis the sea, 5 mn from MIRAMAR beach and the HEADLIGHT. They all are classified 3 stars by the tourist office. They have a direct sight on the sea without obstacles.

STUDIO
It has a surface of 32 m² with a private terrace giving directly on the sea of about 35 m ². There is a principal room of 25 m² with 1 double bed-settee, 1 settee clickety-clack, with television, place for meal and a mezzanine of 8 m² with 2 simple beds. The bathroom with bath-tub, and the WC are separated.
2 ROOMS
Description of the 2 rooms (T1 with alcove); Ground floor.
It is a loft of 65 m² with a private balcony giving directly on the sea of 7 m². There is a principal room of 45 m² vis-a-vis the sea with television, place for meal and place for bed with settee reads with very comfortable slat of 2 places.
There is a secondary room including place for cooking and closed place for bed with two bunk beds of 20 m². The bathroom with bath-tub, shower and WC is separated.
02 Pieces First Floor – NEW –
It has a surface of around 60 m² with a private terrace of around 20 m² giving straight in South with a view on the sea and the mountain of. It has a main living room of 45 m² in front of the sea.
TV and place for it with a Bed Settee 02 spaces and a kitchen of 7 m².
It has a close room of 12 m² with a double bed and cupboard to put away.
It has a separate bathroom wit a ground floor box and separate toilet.
3 ROOMS
It has a surface of 65 m² with a private terrace giving directly on the sea of 30 m². There is a living room of 24 m² with place for cooking (lava crockery, furnace, refrigerator), with television and bed-settee 2 places. There is a closed principal bedroom of 20 m², with wall cupboard and a 2 places bed and another secondary room with two separate beds of 15 m² (height = 1,80 m). The bathroom with bath-tub is separated from the WC.
4 ROOMS - NEW
It has a surface of 81 m² with a private garden of around 250 m² giving to the sea.
You will arrive by the main entrance of 10 m² , and then you have the living room of 30 m² with TV and a sofa (2 persons) giving straight in South with a view on “La Vierge of Biarritz”.
The kitchen is closed with all the principal equipments (lava crockery, furnace, refrigerator).
We have 2 rooms in sea side; the first one had a double bed and the second one had 2 single beds We have 1 room in street side with 2 single beds.
A terrace give you access to the garden.
